This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Proc€'dLre, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2, lor grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.12 of 2019 of Choutuppal Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence under Sections 420 IPC and under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act.

Heard learrred counsel for the petitioners/A1 and 42, learned Additional Pub ic Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the rer;ord.

lt is aller;eri in the complaint that on reliable information, the de-facto complainant-Deputy Tahsildar along with Vigilance and Enforcement Ctffir:ials rushed to Govardhan Rice Mill, Thangadapalli Road, Choutuprpal, and found 20 bags of PDS rice weighing about 20 quintals and on enquiry, the accused revealed that they purchased the said rice in order to sell at higher price. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and 42 submits that the petitioners are innocent and they are no way concerned with the PDS rice and :hat only basing on the confessional statement of 42, the 2nd respondent filed a false complaint against them.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

ln view of the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/Al and A2 on some conditions.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/Al and A2 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Choutuppal Police Station, Rachakonda District, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/A1 and A2 on bail, on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,0001 (Rupees ten thousand only)each with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction. On such release, the petitioners/Al and A2 shall report before the said Station House Officer, on every Saturday between 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet and shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the investigating officer in investigating the case.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
