Heard both sides.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2O2O in Crl.P.No.447O of 2O2O, directing the petitioner/ A2 to appear before the Station House Officer, Sirpur-T, Komurambheem Asifabad District, on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 5.OO PM., till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, is hereby modified directing the petitioner to appear before the said Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, I.A., is ordered.
