Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.1855 of 2018 dated 01.02.2019.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court in W.P.No.1855 of 2018, dated 01.02.2019. Consequently, the impugned order dated 09.06.2008 is set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Copy of the order dated 01.02.2019 in W.P.No.1855 of 2018 be annexed to this order.
