ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.

The respondent filed memo, dated 19.01.2015, wherein it is stated that in pursuance of the understanding reached between the parties, it has paid Rs.70 lakhs to the petitioner in five tranches with the last payment having been made on 17.01.2015.

Sri B.Chandrasen Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, admitted that the respondent has paid to

his client the sum of Rs.70 lakhs as full and final settlement of its liability.

In view of the above, the Company Petition is closed as settled out of Court.
