1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 in Cr.No.95 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, K.P.H.B. Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417,420, 313 and 109 of IPC.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, have, in one voice, represented that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.

3 In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, this Criminal Petition is closed as no further orders need be passed in this petition.
