PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P.M.P.No.41648 of 2015 in/and WRIT PETITION No. 19254 of 2009 ORDER:- W.P.M.P.No.41648 of 2015 is filed seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary. Permission as sought for is accorded, and accordingly, the M.P. is ordered and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
