THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the petitioner's application for renewal of licence to run the saw mill, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. S.A. Razak, learned counsel, submitted that after he has given up the brief, a new counsel has entered appearance for the petitioner. Though the cause list has shown the name of Master Key Law Firm, as appearing for the petitioner, no one appeared for the petitioner at the hearing.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.902 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
