THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.12947 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioner/accused No.2 in crime No.14 of 2010 on the file of Gudur Railway Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363-A I.P.C. Heard and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the nature of offences alleged against petitioner/accused are serious in nature, which have to be investigated into by the investigating agency, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings initiated against the petitioner/accused.

It is represented that the crime which has been registered on 26-032010 is pending till date without progress, thereby the petitioner/A2 is subjected to harassment.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation and file the final report, if any, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
