THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12053 of 2018 ORDER:

In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to the action of the respondents 1 & 2 in not completing the investigation into the case in Crime No.7 of 2018, registered, on 16.01.2018, by the Cyber Crime Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad, against the husband of the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 406, 417 & 420 of IPC read with Sections 65 & 66 of the Information Technology Act and not filing the final report. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation into the above mentioned crime and file final report by following the procedure established by law, the ends of justice would be met.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents endorses the said submission.

Recording the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation into the afore-stated crime expeditiously and file a final report by strict adherence to the procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
