This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 22.12.2016, in I.A.No.82 of 2016 in O.S.No.91 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam.

After arguing the case, Mr.G.V.S.Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the revision petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., C.R.P.M.P.No.1945 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
