HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 14378 OF 2019 O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dt.15.09.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.31270 of 2017. The same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioners subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation, within a period of six months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
