HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34925 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking action in terms of the orders of the District Collector in Rc.E1/4098/2015 dated 30.05.2016 and in reporting compliance as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue (AP). With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. It is the case of the petitioners that though the order, which is sought to be implemented in this writ petition, was passed in the month of May, 2015, till date the 3rd respondent-Tahasildar has not acted upon and implemented the same.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader would submit that suitable direction may be given for implementation of the order of the 2nd respondent.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer to comply with the order dated 30.05.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
