None appears for the petitioner.

This Court by an order 08.02.2017 closed the Writ Petition No.33438 of 2016 by recording the statement of learned Government Pleader. Now, it is alleged that the petitioner filed Criminal Petition on 20.03.2017, protesting the final report and the same was returned with an endorsement stating that the said final report relates to another crime.

The present Contempt Case is filed alleging that the statement made by learned Government Pleader was not correct. Now, a counter-affidavit is filed stating that the final report was filed before IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, on 29.02.2016 and the petitioner filed a protest petition. The protest petition was dismissed for default on 22.04.2017. 4.

In view of the same, this Court does not find any contempt committed by the respondents, but it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in the pending criminal proceedings. 5.
