HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO C.R.P.No.1181 of 2015 Order:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. On a perusal of the impugned order, the learned District Judge has dismissed the T.O.P.No.480 of 2014 holding that there is no sufficient ground to transfer the suit. This Court endorses the same view because the alleged proclamation made by the respondent in the village that he has already managed the Presiding Officer of the Court and that he would succeed in the suit has no basis at all, so as to warrant transfer of the case.

In these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the threshold.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
