THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5001 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in paying salaries as illegal, contrary to law, arbitrary and opposed to Article 21 of the Constitution of India and also consequently direct the respondents to pay the salaries to the petitioners and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

2. Heard Sri G.Satyanarayana Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce.

3. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein, for redressal of their grievance, submitted a representation dated 19.11.2014 to the 1st respondent and no orders have been passed on the said representation till date and request is made by the learned counsel to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some timeframe, in accordance with law. The said request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader. This Court considers the said request as reasonable.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and the entitlement of the petitioners, directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 19.11.2014 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, within a period of one month from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
