The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 07.06.2011 passed in C.C.No.1090 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing of the present Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
