THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2257 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri Venkateshwar Varanasi, learned counsel for the petitioners, would inform this Court that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court by issuing Trade License dated 06.11.2018.

Though the compliance is accompanied by unexplained delay, this Court is not inclined to take a serious view of the matter as the order has been duly complied with.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
