ORDER
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to direct the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak, to commence trial in S.C.No.289 of 2017 pending on his file. 2.
During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/de-facto complainant requested this Court to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid case by fixing the time frame.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the Sessions Case is of the year 2017, it would be appropriate to direct the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak, to dispose of S.C.No.289 of 2017 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
