Thereafter, it was listed on 11.02.2015 and as there was no representation on the said date, it was adjourned for one week and is listed today. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation in the forenoon and afternoon sessions.

Therefore, it is evident that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
