HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.12077 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring removal order No.WK/ES&F/110802/PO-1, dated 17.03.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent whereby petitioner was removed from service and was also directed to handover properties of the company, if any, along with the identity card and medical recordcum-identity boos, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri K.Sarvabhouma Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal under Rule 34 of the Classification, Control and Appeal Rules, 1991.

The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal. On such appeal being filed by the petitioner, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the said appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
