Aiyesha Noor, v. The State Of Telangana, Rep.By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.26913 of 2015 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) Being aggrieved by the refusal of the respondents to permit her to participate in the counselling for admission to the medical course for the academic year 2015-16, the petitioner came up with the above writ petition.
2. It appears that the petitioner already obtained admission into Siddhartha Medical College and she has now completed the first year of M.B.B.S. Therefore, even if we allow the present writ petition, the petitioner can participate only in the counselling for the current academic year, which will result in the petitioner foregoing one year of study in the other college. Therefore, the writ petition is closed as no further orders may be to the benefit of the petitioner. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
