NO: 8781 OF 2015) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the Circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in PRC No.14i201 4 pending on the file of Vl Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District including appearance of the Petitioner pending disposal of the above petition in the interest of justice.

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the summons issued to petitioner under Section 61 of Cr.P.C. dated 24.O7.2015 in P.R.C.No. 14 of 2Ol4 for the offence under Section 3(l)(x) and Section 4 of SC, ST (Prevention of atrocities) Act, 1989 and pass such other order or orders 2.
Heard Ms. Prashamsa, learned counsel representing Mr. M. Achuta Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
