THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.22966 OF 2016 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is non-consideration of applications made by them seeking regularization of the plots in question situated in Sy. No.192 and of Raghavendra colony, Jeedimetla village, Quthbullapur mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioners is only nonconsideration of their applications made seeking for regularization of the plots in question, suffice it direct the 2nd respondent to consider the applications said to have been made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, expeditiously.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
