HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P. No. 17121 OF 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed against the order of the 4th respondent in Rc.B.309/2009, dated 21.04.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Admittedly, appeal lies against the impugned order, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, it is expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is threat of dispossession.

In the circumstances, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained for a period of three (3) weeks from today. It is open for the petitioners to avail alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order within such time.

Subject to above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. _______________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 03.06.2016.
