In view of the above, this Arbitration Application is disposed of appointing Sri B.H.Ravi Kumar, Advocate, as arbitrator for resolving the dispute and passing award in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
