ORDER:

Petitioner in this writ petition complains of non-registration of FIR in

spite of his complaint dated 03.03.2015.

2. The instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, however, show that the petitioner visited the Kharkhana Police Station but did not give any complaint, however, the complaint was received on 07.03.2015 at 17:40 Hrs sent through speed post. Respondent No.5 states that GD entry was immediately made but the petitioner did not mention the place of offence and the details of the crime.

It is stated that preliminary enquiry is awaiting cooperation from the petitioner. The instructions, further, show that the petitioner lodged several complaints with respondent No.5 from 2007 to 2014. However, that aspect is not relevant for the purpose of the present grievance of the petitioner.

3. Since the instructions state that the petitioner's cooperation is required for the purpose of proceeding further in the matter, the petitioner is permitted to approach respondent No.5 and record his statement and thereafter, respondent No.5 shall proceed further and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
