ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, direction declaring the action of Respondents 6 to 9 in demanding the Petitioners to pay each a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- & Rs.1,10,000/- towards college fee/tuition fee, otherwise they will not permit the Petitioners to attend the classes and will not permit them to sit for Internal, Annual examinations which are going to be held in the month of February and July 2012, which is contrary to the endorsement made in the Admission letters and also violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 16, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently directing the Respondents 7 to 9 not to demand or ask either orally or in writing the Petitioners to pay any money towards college fee/tuition fee in their entire course of MBBS & BDS respectively are completed."

At the hearing, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences submitted that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court on 03.01.2012, the petitioners were allowed to pursue the MBBS and BDS Courses and that they have completed these courses of study. He has also submitted that the issue relating to the payment of fees was settled by the Government during pendency of this Writ Petition and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of writ petition, WPMP.No.98 of 2012 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed of.
