Mr. K.V. Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5689 of 2016, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this Contempt Case, has since been complied with.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
