Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in somewhat similar circumstances, entertaining Writ Petition No.

32713 of 2010, an order was passed by this Court on 29.12.2010. It is for the petitioner to bring to the notice of the Collector the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 32713 of 2010 and urge before him for a similar exercise to be indulged in and upon application of his mind, the Collector will be able to decide the matter.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of after hearing Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 3 and 4. No costs.
