HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14408 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that amount could not be paid as demanded by the petitioner, only due to non-opening of TCS Tasks over the computer system. He submits that they have addressed concerned authorities for opening of the TCS Tasks and that as and when same is opened, the amount will be paid to the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for payment of amount in respect of the works executed by them, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
