Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development for respondent No 1 and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. In this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 not to interfere with the fixing or erecting gates on the South East side (Front side) and North East side (Rear side) to the residential building, Jupiter Towers, H. No. 8-3224/6/4/2, G32,33 and 34, Madhura Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad.

The only allegation of the petitioners is that at the instigation of respondent Nos. 5 & 6, the official respondents are interfering/restraining the petitioners-Society from erecting gates over the subject premises. That the sanctioned Building Permit shows that the petitioners are entitled to have two gates on both sides of the passage, which is a private land. Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioners, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioners, dated 02.01.2021 and duly taking into account the sanctioned Building Plan, dated 08.06.1999, duly putting the petitioners and unofficial respondents or any other interested persons on notice, pass appropriate orders, strictly, in accordance with law, within a period

of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the order passed by the respondent No. 3 shall be communicated to the parties.
