This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in D.V.C.No.7 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalaguda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this criminal petition before the trial Court. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to urge the points raised in this criminal petition before the trial Court. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
