HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28100 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in withholding the results of the petitioner in the preliminary test for recruitment of Hindi Pandit Post for Trained Graduate Teachers in Residential Educational Institutions Societies conducted by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Both the learned counsel states that after filing of the writ petition, hall tickets were issued, as such, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. In view of the submission of both the learned counsel, as nothing survives for adjudication, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
