ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 11.11.2014, in W.P.No.33731 of 2014.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submitted that in pursuance of the abovementioned order, supplies were made till the month of February, 2015 and that as the petitioner's fair price shop authorization was suspended by order, dated 28.02.2015, and as the petitioner refused to receive the suspension order, supplies have been stopped. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client has not received

the suspension order so far.

In the light of the abovenoted submissions of the learned Government Pleader, which discloses a fresh cause of action for the petitioner, no action can be taken in this contempt case. The petitioner is permitted to approach the respondent for furnishing a copy of the suspension order and on receipt of the same, he is entitled to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if he feels aggrieved by the said suspension order.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
