HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.159 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.4 in interfering with the civil dispute and interfering with the life and personal liberty of the petitioner without there being any crime registered against him as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent No.4 not to interfere with the civil dispute and life and personal liberty of the petitioner. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction: "The 4th respondent is directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner, more particularly, with his civil disputes. However, this Order will not stand in the way of the 4th respondent to register a case, if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner for cognizable offence."
