HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.19786 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri G.L. Narasimha Rao for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 4. Having regard to the nature of disposal, notice to respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with.

2. The 3rd respondent issued Notice No.B/ 2694/ 2016 dated 16.08.2016 on the application filed by the petitioner for change of her name in Pattadar column under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. If the grievance is on account of continuity of inaction, the petitioner will be deprived of the benefit extended by the State Government by way of subsidy to farmers who are undertaking cultivation.

3. I have perused the material available on record. Since the notice is also issued to enquire into the prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders in File No.B/ 2694/ 2016, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to respondents 5 to 7 as well. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 19.06.2017 BSS
