HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 46277 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the registration of Crime No.232 of 2016.

This Court carefully perused the complaint and it discloses a prima facie case for registration of the crime. The investigation appears to have been under progress. When the investigation is under progress, this Court cannot interfere. But, however, it is needless to observe that the police shall continue the investigation only in accordance with law, more particularly Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
