This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw D.O.P.No.1174 of 2011 from the file of Family Court, Guntur and transfer the same to any other Court at Guntur. 2.

At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the Fore Noon, the matter is passed over. In spite of passing over the matter, no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
