ORDER:

This contempt is filed alleging violation of the interim orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.46438 of 2013 in W.P.No.37323 of 2013 on 23.12.2013.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that subsequently the writ petition was dismissed and on appeal against the said judgment, the judgment of the learned Single Judge is confirmed.

3. In view of the final disposal of the writ petition, I do not see any justification to proceed further in the contempt case.
