ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in seeking to remove a portion of the petitioners' building, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr. K. Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing Mr. G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj Institutions (TS), appearing for respondent No.2, submitted that steps pertaining to the petitioners' building were removed for the purpose of laying a pipeline and that respondent No.2 is not proposing to remove any other part of the petitioners' building. Learned counsel for

the petitioners submitted that his clients have no objection for removal of the steps only, for the purpose of laying pipeline, and they will be satisfied if the respondents do not dismantle any part of the building other than the steps. The above submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties are placed on record. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, interim order dt.19.10.2015 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.44656 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V.
