HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14428 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Rc.No.45/2016-C, dated 19.06.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent appointing the 3rd respondent as Person incharge/Chairman to the Srirampur Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., Srirampur Mandal, Peddapalli District in consequence to the election of Chairman of the PIC committee who was the president of the 4th respondentsociety to the Mandal Praja Parishad. Though notice is ordered in I.A.No.2 of 2019, notice could not be served because of insufficient address. The Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation rightly pointed out to this Court that the period for which unofficial respondent has been appointed in the impugned order also expired on 03-08-2019. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if any further orders are required, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
