THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8233 of 2015 ORDER :
Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.
2. Petitioners' grievance is that they have preferred an ROR appeal on 11.01.2016 before the 3rd respondent challenging the entries in revenue records, in respect of land of an extent of Ac.1-27 guntas of Nirmal Village, along with a suspension application and that the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the same.
3. The Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the suspension application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also decide the ROR appeal within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the suspension application in the ROR appeal filed by the petitioner on 11.01.2016 challenging the entries in revenue records within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; he shall also decide the appeal within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
