THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12234 of 2018 ORDER:
Having been aggrieved by the ejectment order, dated 08.09.2017, passed by the third respondent, the petitioners preferred an appeal before the second respondent, on 13.11.2017.

The grievance of the petitioners now is that neither the stay application nor the appeal is taken up for hearing. Hence, the writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Telangana) appearing for respondents 1 to 4. Perused material record. 3.
Having regard to the facts and submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The order of ejectment, dated 08.09.2017, shall remain stayed pending disposal of the appeal by the second respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
