HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.No.3 of 2019 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.3995 of 2019 ORDER:
The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 5, in Crime No.458 of 2018 of Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-C, 448, 506, 509 and 323 I.P.C. and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012, filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against them in the aforesaid crime. 2.
During pendency of the Criminal Petition, I.A.No.3 of 2019 came to be filed by the second respondent-de facto complainant to record the compromise. Along with the petition, a joint memo came to be filed by both parties, inter alia stating that at the intervention of elders and well wishers, the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the compromise. The said joint memo has been supported by the affidavit of the second respondent.

Today, both the parties are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. This Court, when examined, both the parties have stated that at the instance of elders, they have settled the matter out of the Court and the second respondent has no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioners.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the joint memo filed by both the parties is recorded and I.A.No.3 of 2019 is ordered.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise, and the proceedings in Crime No.458 of 2018 of Chikkadpally Police Station, Hyderabad, against the present petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5 are hereby quashed.
