This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. K. VENUtvIADHAV, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and None Appeared for the Respondent No.2 The Court made the following: ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersaccused Nos.1 to 6 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in respect of FIR No.42 of 2020 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Sircilla Town Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, filed for the offences punishable under Sections L43,447,427 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian penal Code (for short..IpC,). 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that on the very same allegations of the present crime i.e., FIR No.42 of 2020, the 2nd respondent filed FIR No.219 of 2019 which was registered by the Station House Officer, Sircilla Town police, Rajanna Sircilla District and charge sheet was also filed by the police before the learned Judicial I Class Magistrate at Sircilla and the same is
numbered as C.C.No.33B of 2020. Therefore, no further investigation is required in the present crime.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.42 of 2020 of Sircilla Town Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla Dlstrict, to conclude investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 6, by considering that charge sheet was already filed in FIR No.219 of 2019. Further, the petitioners - accused shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 5.
