This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioneraccused No.2 by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by order, dated 29.03.2010, passed in Crl.M.P. No.2016 of 2009 in S.C. No.342 of 2009 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kurnool. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has expired.

Recording the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
