The case of the petitioner is that he made an application in Form-VI A on 10.02.2016 through Mee-Seva as per the prevailing procedure seeking his entry in the Record of Rights (ROR) and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in relation to an extent of land admeasuring Ac.1.49 cents in Sy.No.21-2A-4/1A, situated in Pandalapaka Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District before the 2nd respondent and the same is pending. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 10.02.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law.
