Heard Mr.Durga Reddy, learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The petitioner impugns the notice, dated 18.04.2016, issued by Lokayukta directing Sri S.Dashrath, Inspector, O/o. Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Adilabad to appear before Lokayukta along with connected records.

We do not know how the petitioner is concerned with this notice. The petitioner is not even party to the complaint. Be that as it may, if the petitioner feels aggrieved for any reason whatsoever, it is open to him to appear before Lokayukta and seek appropriate relief. Keeping this remedy open to the petitioner, we dismiss the writ petition.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
