This Criminal Revision Case is preferred aggrieved by the Order dated 13-05-2011 passed by the learned VII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, in M.P.No.54 of 2011 in M.C.No.333 of 2010.

02. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

03. The same is recorded.

04. In view of the above submission, nothing survives to proceed with this Criminal Revision Case and the same is liable to be dismissed.

05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
