This petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in COR No.76 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Station, Kamareddy.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
